You retain ownership of any images you upload to the service. By uploading an image to the race report service, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display the overlay solely for the purpose of generating the resulting image.
The resulting image created by combining your uploaded image with our template images is considered a derivative work. You are granted a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display the resulting image for any purpose, including commercial use.
Our template images are our intellectual property and cannot be used, reproduced, distributed, or displayed independently of the image generation service. The template images can only be used in conjunction with an overlay to create a resulting image. Any other use of the template images is strictly prohibited.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering and using our Site. We are not responsible for any inaccuracies in the rankings resulting from incorrect information provided by users.
You agree not to upload any images that are illegal, offensive, or violate the rights of others. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these standards.
By uploading images, you confirm that you own the rights to the content or have obtained permission to upload it. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and display the images on our Site.
We may terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms or inactivity.
Upon termination, your right to use the Site will immediately cease. All data associated with your account may be deleted.
